Owner/Sales
Johnny established Heise Heating & Cooling, Inc. on August 1, 1981. He has worked in the heating & cooling industry since 1972. Johnny estimates jobs and gives them his personal touch, providing leadership and support for the entire Heise Team.
Jeremy Heise
Project Manager
Jeremy has been with Heise Heating & Cooling since 1995. His second-generation lifetime of experience has made him well versed in equipment installation, service and repair of equipment, estimates and management.
Adam
Service Technician
Adam has been with Heise Heating & Cooling since 2012. His job duties include service and repair of equipment, stocking parts, and technical troubleshooting.
Billy
Installer
Billy has been with Heise Heating & Cooling since 1996. His job duties include manufacturing ductwork and equipment installation.
Wayne
Installer/Service Technician
Wayne has been with Heise Heating & Cooling since 2013. His job duties include manufacturing ductwork, equipment installation, service and repair of equipment and technical troubleshooting.

Steven has been with Heise Heating & Cooling since 2018. His job duties include manufacturing ductwork, equipment installation, service and repair of equipment and technical troubleshooting.
Myra
Office Manager
Myra has been with Heise Heating & Cooling since 1995. Her responsibilities include appointment scheduling, customer service, invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
